Introduction

Willows Guest House is a non smoking 8 bedroom guest house. It is located a short (approx 3 mins) level walk from the town center and 50m from the sea front and beach. The following is a summary of our accessibility. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

Finding Us

• The train station is a 10 minute drive away and taxis are always available.

• The coach station is a 5 minute walk away.

Parking and Arrival

• A residents parking scheme is in operation and permits are issued free of charge to our guests on request.

• Guests can unload at the front entrance before parking.

• Guests are assisted with luggage.

Main Entrance

• There is one 6'' (15cm) step up from the pavement and two 5''' (13cm) steps into the building.

• The building is a Victorian terraced house and not wheelchair accessible.

• The front door is always locked and a door bell is accessible.

• The hallway and reception areas are carpeted.

Ground Floor

• The breakfast room is located on the ground floor.

• Menus can be provided in large print.

• The breakfast room is carpeted and furniture is not fixed and can be moved on request.

• The breakfast room tables are a mixture of oval and rectangular and chairs do not have arm rests.

Bedrooms

• All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors.

• The are 12 carpeted steps to the first floor and a further 15 carpeted steps to the second floor.

• There are handrails on both sides of the stairs.

• First floor

• W.C.  for use by rooms 1 and 11.

• Shower room for use by rooms 1 and 11.

• Room 1 is a double room.

• Room 2 En-suite family room with a double bed and bunk beds (2 adults, 2 children).

• Room 3 En-suite double or twin room.

• Room 11 Single room.

• Room 10 En-suite double or twin room.

• Second Floor

• Two Private Bathrooms with shower and W.C for rooms 6 and 7.

• Room 6 Double room.

• Room 7 Double room.

• Room 9 En-suite double or twin room.

• Mobile phone reception is good.

• We are a non smoking Guest House.

• Wireless internet access is available.

• There is a full L1 fire alarm system with break glass points on all floors, an emergency lighting system and fire doors to all bedrooms.
